Reservations & Payments
A deposit of 40% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the tour begins. Deposits are payable by bank transfer; the balance may be arranged by credit card.

The cancellation charge for 60–46 days before arrival is missing from the supplied policy and must be confirmed before publication.
Bank charges will be deducted from any refund. Where hotels or lodges apply stricter cancellation conditions, additional charges will be communicated and passed on to the guest.
Exceptional Cancellation Requests
Requests arising from valid humanitarian circumstances require full details and supporting documents. These will be submitted to the relevant hotel for consideration. Any refund or credit towards a future booking is subject to the hotel’s approval and is not guaranteed.
Itinerary & Accommodation Changes
The safari route may be adjusted to suit arrival and departure flight timings while maintaining the same overall experience and number of game drives. If the listed hotels or lodges are unavailable, alternatives of a similar standard will be offered.
Complaints
Please report any concerns immediately to both the booking company and the relevant service provider so they can be addressed during your trip. Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the completion of services, in accordance with the operator’s complaints procedure.
Force Majeure
The operator’s terms exclude compensation for disruption caused by circumstances beyond its control, including war, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, adverse weather, epidemics, pandemics and government actions.
Liability & Governing Law
The safari operator’s supplied terms exclude responsibility for personal injury, illness, accidents, loss or damage to belongings, airline disruption and itinerary changes arising from force majeure. They specify Kenyan law and the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts. These provisions remain subject to applicable law.
