These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to enquiries and bookings made with JJM Luxaura – Perfect Vacation (“JJM Luxaura”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or requesting our services, you accept these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Our Services

JJM Luxaura plans and arranges travel, including holiday packages, flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, cruises and visa documentation support. Many of these services are delivered by independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels and tour operators, whose own terms and conditions also apply to your booking.

2. Enquiries, Quotations and Bookings

• Sending a form or message through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
• Prices and availability shown on this website are indicative and can change until your booking is confirmed.
• A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation and have received the payment stated in your quotation.
• You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete details for every traveller, exactly as they appear in the passports.

3. Prices and Payment

Your quotation states what is included, the currency, the deposit and the payment schedule. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude personal expenses, optional activities, visa fees, travel insurance and tips. Prices can change before confirmation because of supplier rates, taxes, fuel surcharges or currency movements.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions in your booking confirmation and to the rules of the airlines, hotels and other suppliers involved. Supplier charges and our service fees may apply, and some services are non-refundable. Please send any change or cancellation request to us in writing.

If a supplier changes or cancels a service, we will tell you as soon as we can and help you find a suitable alternative or the refund the supplier allows.

5. Visa Assistance

We provide guidance and documentation support only. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy, consulate or immigration authority, and we cannot guarantee approval or processing times. Government and service fees are not refundable if a visa is refused or delayed. We advise you not to buy non-refundable flights or accommodation until your visa has been granted.

6. Travel Documents, Health and Insurance

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, vaccination certificates and any other documents required for your journey, and for meeting the entry and health rules of each country. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and baggage for every traveller.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to follow the laws of the countries you visit and the reasonable instructions of our suppliers and guides, and to use this website lawfully. You must not misuse our forms, attempt to disrupt the website or submit false information.

8. Liability

We select our suppliers with care, but we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, government action, border closures or airline schedule changes. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

9. Website Content

The text, photographs, logos and design of this website belong to JJM Luxaura or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We work to keep the information accurate, but descriptions, images and itineraries are for general guidance and may change.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new enquiries and bookings.
